Benjamin Russell freshman Ami Edwards has won this week’s Player of the Week, narrowly edging Horseshoe Bend’s Reagan Taylor, for her late game heroics against Talladega.

In a rematch between the Wildcats and the Tigers, Benjamin Russell was looking for a marquee win to get the team rolling in the right direction. That win came through Edwards.
