Benjamin Russell Jyque Norris named All-Region

Junior Jyque Norris has been a strong point for the Benjamin Russell Wrestling team all season. After an undefeated day on the mat in the Class 6A Region 2 Dual, his efforts were recognized by being named to the All-Region team for the 150-pound weight class. 

In the season he has posted a 40-21 overall record – including 23 pins, six tech falls and six major decisions. However, what makes Norris such a special wrestler for the Wildcats is what he does after his few losses.
