General fall in overtime to the Wildcats

Samuel Higgs / TPI Braxton Wilson (2) breaks a run outside for a big rush to the endzone.

Horseshoe Bend was unable to come away with a win on the road against White Plains after failing to convert a two-point conversion in overtime, 28-27.

The night started well for the Generals with running back Braxton Wilson reaching the end zone on back-to-back drives to get out to a 14-0 lead over the Wildcats. Then following a fumble in the middle of the field, recovered by the Wildcats defense, the lead was shortened to 14-7 in the second quarter.
