On Monday, Joe Daniel Stallions was released from the Coosa County Jail after pleading guilty to two counts of manslaughter and receiving time served.

After new evidence arose in the 1999 murder of Bobbie Dale Ingram, 38, and her daughter Jodi Angelia Stallions, 17, the mother and sister of Joe Stallions, he was arrested and initially charged with two counts of capital murder.
