Alabama two-year college chancellor Bradley Byrne announced Monday he will recommend Stephen Franks for president of Central Alabama Community College.

Byrne will officially make his recommendation at the Nov. 8 Department of Postsecondary Education board meeting. The board will then vote on whether to accept Byrne’s recommendation or not.
