Here’s my special ‘Wife’s Away’ recipe

Nikki and I recently celebrated our sixth wedding anniversary. During those years there have been a handful of times that we have taken trips apart from the other for a few days.

There were business-related trips I took to Indianapolis and Charlotte while she has taken the occasional trip to South Alabama for reunions with friends, family and to attend random wedding and baby showers.
