Horizons Unlimited welcomed an associate dean from the Air War College to speak about the current state of affairs concerning Russia at their meeting, Monday.

Dr. Mark Conversino discussed aspects of a new Russia with the members of the group and warned the United States should keep an eye on the situation with Russia after the invasion of the nation of Georgia.
