‘Little Jim’ is welcomed moniker

There have been a lot of things written about fathers and sons, the sometimes strained relationships between the two and then the joint respect as the son grows older.

Over the years, I have written much about my father, his years of teaching school, his time working as a police officer in Mobile and his dedicated service in Vietnam.
