Funeral services for Mr. Lonnie Archie Locke, age 94, of Auburn, formerly of Alexander City will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 12, 2006 at the chapel of Bass Funeral Home. Rev. Tim Harris will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillview Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1-3 p.m. at Bass Funeral Home.

Mr. Locke died Thursday, Aug. 10, 2006, in Auburn. He was born April 12, 1912 in Clay County, AL., to Joe Locke and Leila Sumners. Mr. Locke was a retired Textile worker for Avondale Mills. He was a member of Comer Memorial Baptist Church.
