School still closed

A week after a fire destroyed three to four classrooms and damaged close to 10 others at Edward Bell School, officials are unsure when students will be able to return.

The left-hand wing of the school caught fire Feb. 16. The following day, the Tallapoosa County Board of Education called a special meeting at the school to declare the situation an emergency.
