Case No. 2026-0129 NOTICE TO CREDITORS TAKE NOTICE the Will of DONALD GIBBS VEAZEY, who was deceased on the 1st day of May, 2026, has been duly proved and admitted to record, in Tallapoosa County, Alabama, and LETTERS TESTAMENTARY have been granted to SUSAN VEAZEY KELLY, the Personal Representative named in said WILL, who has complied with all requirements of the law, and is authorized to take upon herself the execution of such Will. Notice of Appointment of Personal Representative was published in the Alexander City Outlook on October 3, 10 and 17, 2026. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all persons having claims against the said Estate are hereby required to present the same within the time allowed by law or the same will be barred. Specifically, Alabama Code sect.43-2-350 generally establishes a six-month deadline for creditors to file claims against a decedent's estate after the testamentary or letters of administration are granted.
