Course conditions are a result of many factors.

Golf is a great game in a beautiful setting. Most golf courses spend countless man hours and dollars keeping primary playing surfaces in the best condition possible. Like it or not, there is a direct correlation to the green fee/membership dues versus what can be spent on maintaining the golf course. It is easy to criticize when conditions are not “up to par.” But recognize, too, that golfer habits and actions contribute to course conditioning as well. It’s not just the maintenance staff that determines course conditioning.
