breakfast picnic on nature camping in forest near lake

Fall is the perfect time to go camping

Autumn is upon us. The days are getting shorter and the feeling of crisp mornings and evenings refreshes us once again. The leaves will start changing color and falling from the trees, and temperatures will remain cool all day long. It is time to get back outside to enjoy the great outdoors. Heading out into nature and unplugging from technology can feel freeing.

Planning for your hiking or camping excursion is imperative. Considerations include length of the trip, what food and beverages you will take with you, how you will incorporate food and drinks, how many coolers and what gear you need.
