Crews from the City of Wetumpka Public Works Department have been installing wreaths and bows on light poles in downtown Wetumpka. Lights have also been installed by contractors on many of the trees throughout downtown. Public works has also changed out the flower baskets on the light poles and in The Alley to winter flowers that should bloom until spring.
