President Donald Trump was asked by The Center Square's Sarah Roderick-Fitch whether the U.S. would be building a base in Venezuela or elsewhere in South America. Trump responded by discussing the U.S. relationship with Venezuela, economic opportunities and Venezuelan oil reserves.
