Julie Ann Moore, 46, passed away Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at her residence in Ellington Missouri.

A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Feb. 10 at Cain’s Chapel United Methodist Church in Slapout with the Rev. Susan Deeson officiating.
