Funeral Services with military honors provided by the Alex. City Honor Guard for Mr. Willie Frank Griffin, age 74, of Alexander City, AL will be held Tues., Oct. 5, 2010 at 2:00 pm at the chapel of Bass Funeral Home. Rev.’s Ed Brown and Donald DeLee will officiate. Burial will follow in the Fellowship Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Mon., Oct. 4, 2010 from 5–8 PM at Bass Funeral Home.

Mr. Griffin passed away on Oct. 2, 2010 at his residence. He was born in Clay County on  April 6, 1936 to Arden G. Griffin and Frances Haynes Griffin. He was a member of Promise Land Church. Mr. Griffin was also a U.S. Veteran having served in the U.S. Army.
