Valerie Ann Watkins Parker

Valerie Ann Watkins Parker died in Pensacola, Fla. on Nov. 3, 2013 at the age of 53.

She was preceded in death by her father, John C. Watkins, formerly of Lake Jordan, Alabama. She is survived by her mother, Blanche Mellown Watkins of Natchitoches, La.; by her husband of 32 years, Franky Parker of Sunflower, Miss.; by a son, Price, his wife, Alice, and daughter, Marley, of Sunflower; by a daughter, Kathryn Parker of Memphis, Tenn.; and by her beloved German Shepherd, Dresden. She is also survived by her two sisters, Cindy Watkins Allen and her husband Rodney, and Frances Watkins Conine and her husband Cliff, all of Natchitoches.
