It’s hard to miss the fact that rule of law is biting the dust in 2025. For example, Trump singlehandedly attempts to overthrow the 14th Amendment (birthright citizenship), and Biden singlehandedly attempts to enact the 28th Amendment (Equal Rights Amendment).
