The World Cup was great and all, but it’s not what we Americans yearn for. 

Messi is amazing, Yamine Yamal is a star in the making, Spain played a good game and America served as a solid host for the 2026 tournament, yadda, yadda, blah, blah, blah. Now, give me a booming hit over the middle of the field after the quarterback throws a hospital ball to his receiver— that’s what we truly want to see.
