Things heard by a fly on the barbershop wall

In my line of work you make your living observing, questioning and taking all that you see and hear and putting it in written form.

You just hope that what you write may appeal to those who spend some of their valuable time with your newspaper in their hands. You hope that it makes them think, wonder, question or maybe smile just for a minute. You hope that it may make them angry or excited or maybe even make them a little smarter.
