Last week, Heaven Bailey of Stanhope Elmore attended a three-day tryout in Atlanta as one of 15 of the top high school basketball prospects in the country. She was joined by a UCLA commit, a Purdue commit, the daughter of an NBA legend and a 6-foot-9 center. Out of thousands of applicants, Bailey was chosen to compete in the tryout against her fellow standouts. She was the first player from Alabama to be selected for the opportunity.

“Along with some of the strongest competition in high school basketball,” OT Select wrote on its website. “The players in OT Select will have access to a group of advisors that have had success at all levels, helping set them up for success every step of the way.”
