Since opening the year with a loss to Reeltown, the Dadeville baseball team has not looked back. Last week, it added back-to-back wins over Autauga Academy and Randolph County — and at the start of a new week, they extended the streak to four straight.

The Tigers opened with Walter Wellborn on Monday, and took care of business in the 8-0 win. They finished with six hits, with multiple batters getting involved in the work. Cale Hanks, Davis McKelvey, Hudson Smith, Andrew Hallman, George Patterson and Colin Pearson all came away with a hit on the night. Hanks and McKelvey added two runs to the scoreboard, while Smith finished with three RBIs.
