Wetumpka guard receives second Division I offer

For most athletes, the summertime is a time to work hard and get better. For others, it’s the time to showcase the skills they’ve already built and honed. For Wetumpka’s Mya Richardson, this summer has been both. 

Richardson has been back on the floor with the Indians for play dates this summer, as the rising sophomore plans her return for her fourth season on varsity. Last week, Richardson received her second NCAA Division I offer from Alabama A&M after she attended a camp. While at the camp, Richardson received her offer on the spot.
