There was no decision about rescinding or modifying a new Tallassee ordinance banning modular homes at Monday’s Tallasssee Council meeting. But there will be next month.

Councilmember Damian Carr asked about being able to vote on it in the meeting, but Mayor Joey Wiginton said it needs to be done at a later meeting. City attorney John Smith agreed.
