The Tallapoosa County Extension Office taught what it takes to keep a good memory. 

Alabama Extension health and wellness agent Regina Meadows led a Master of Memory class on Monday, which outlined how people can keep their memory sharp even as they age. However, one can not become a master of memory without first learning how memory works.
