The Tallapoosa County Extension Office’s master gardeners take their favorite hobby to the next level.

However, becoming a master gardener is not an easy feat. Obtaining the title and joining the group requires an intense and extensive 12-week training course. It teaches everything a master gardener must know about soil testing, planting in the right areas depending on the plant, how “it depends” is always the answer to every gardening question and much more.
