The March median sales price of Lake Martin waterfront homes increased over both February and March 2015, according to a report released Thursday by the Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE).

ACRE’s report said the median sales price for March was $430,000, an increase of 14 percent from March 2015 and an increase of 31 percent from the prior month. The report also said that historical data show the March median sales price between 2011 and 2015 typically decreases 2.5 percent from February.
