What started as a lemonade stand for fun has turned into an annual effort to feed families for Thanksgiving.

Jeanine Moore and her two daughters, Alyssa, 12, and Ansleigh Moore, 11, began their lemonade stand five years ago after the two girls pitched the idea to their mom. Alyssa Moore said her mom suggested they use the money for something good and the girls decided the best use of that money is to make sure families did not go without a meal for the holiday.
