The Alexander City Chamber of Commerce, Lake Martin-Tallapoosa County Tourism and the Lake Martin-Dadeville Area Chamber of Commerce have partnered to bring Tallapoosa County a Dragon Boat Race and Festival benefitting Tallapoosa Caring REFUGE.
