The Bibb Graves Bridge is open after a Labor Day weekend storm created damage at the intersection of Bridge and Main streets.

City of Wetumpka public works crews cleaned up parts of a tree and the traffic light damaged by a lightning strike Sunday. In the process, a gas leak was discovered. Spire began repairs Labor Day and into Tuesday that forced the closure of the bridge.
