State Reps. Troy Stubbs and Reed Ingram represent a large portion of Elmore County in the Alabama House of Representatives. They stopped by a meeting of the Elmore County Republican Party last week to update the group on issues in the Alabama State House.

Stubbs lives in Elmore County and gave a quick lesson on procedural manners for the legislator.
