Spencer Mann owns businesses and invests in real estate in and around Eclectic and beyond.
The entrepreneur said recent actions by Eclectic Mayor Guy Sanders have gone beyond duties of the position. Sanders admits to visiting Mann’s property just north of town limits but still in the Eclectic police jurisdiction to check on business licenses. Sanders has now been “trespassed” from the property in question for what the mayor has called doing town business.
