2 local agents win national real estate award

Angela VanHouten and John Franklin, real estate agents serving Lake Martin, have been recognized with awards at Lake Homes Realty’s 14th Annual National Agent Summit. 

VanHouton was awarded a Big Wave Award, which is among the highest honors presented to agents at Lake Homes Realty’s annual National Agent Summit. Recipients of the Big Wave Award were required to complete at least 40 transaction sides and between $10-$25 million in total transaction volume, including a minimum of $6 million in total transaction volume between Sept. 1, 2025, and Aug. 31, 2026, a press release stated.
