Benjamin Russell finished the game with 23 at-bats, 21 of which were sent back to the dugout thanks to a stellar day in the circle for the Auburn pitching duo.

The Wildcats ended the night without a hit, getting on base only twice, leading to a 7-0 loss in the home opener.
