Traffic stop nets drug arrests

Two Alexander City men were arrested last week on drug charges.

Christian K. Tuck, 27, of Alexander City, was stopped by the Tallapoosa County Narcotics Task Force for a traffic stop on Thursday, Sept. 3. According to a press release, Tuck had outstanding warrants for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance. During the traffic stop, the release said agents observed a pill inside the vehicle. The pill was identified as a Schedule II controlled substance. Based on the totality of the circumstances a search warrant was obtained for a residence in Coosa County.
