A project that has taken way longer than anyone anticipated will soon be moving forward.

Although JCUP Properties doesn’t have a signed contract in hand, general manager Janet Mason said a contractor has finally been found to finish the Holiday Inn Express & Suites by IHG project that was supposed to be finished more than a year ago.

JCUP Properties, owner of the soon-to-be Holiday Inn Express & Suites on U.S. Highway 280, will be signing a contractor soon with a new construction company.
