If I had a nickel for every time the New Site 8U softball team hit a walk-off home run to beat Millry, I’d have two nickels. Which is not a lot, it’s just weird it’s happened twice.   

That was exactly the case for the New Site 8U all-star softball team, doing so once in pool play and the next in the state championship game. All of which culminated in the team walking away with its consecutive state championship, going back-to-back.
