From the mound to the outfield. From Alexander City to Tuscaloosa. BRHS senior Aubrey Chapman is on her way to Shelton State Community College after signing with the school on Thursday, as one of three Wildcats to sign her letter of intent.
“It's very exciting,” Chapman said. “I've worked for this my whole life, and to have it, it's great.”

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. An extended period of
subfreezing temperatures could cause pipes to burst. Low
visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.

To prevent freezing and possible bursting of pipes they should be
