Work study programs, apprenticeships and the like have been a staple workforce for decades, but the FAME program takes it to a new level.

Central Alabama Community College’s CentrAL Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education Industrial Automation Technician Program is kicking off its inaugural year with seven industries hiring students who will study in the FAME program while working for them three days a week.
