On Thursday, Benjamin Russell softball standout Lydia Montgomery put pen to paper, signing her letter of intent to play college softball at Gadsden State for the next two years.
Montgomery has been a multi-year starter for the Wildcats, with enough versatility to make an impact all over the field. In her junior year, she was third on the team in batting average with a .273, putting up 33 hits, five doubles, four triples and two home runs.

subfreezing temperatures could cause pipes to burst. Low
visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.

To prevent freezing and possible bursting of pipes they should be
