The good, the bad, the ugly may be the best way to describe Central Coosa’s 55-14 loss to Benjamin Russell on Friday night.

First, let’s get to the good. Despite a slow start to kick things off, the Cougars found their footing in the second quarter of the game. Four players — Myrakel Coleman, Trinitee Strong, Jalea Burton and Kalicia Davis — all found themselves recording a bucket and shrinking the deficit from the first quarter.
