When you think of a prominent Alexander City resident with a big heart, a smile on his face and ready at the drop of a hat to help someone else, one person that comes to mind is “Mr. Alexander City,” Randy Dawkins.

Dawkins, River Bank & Trust’s Tallapoosa County market president, was recognized last week by his state peers, the Alabama Bankers Association, not only for his profession, but also for giving spirit.
