Alexander City Fire Department helps raise funds for MDA

Members of the Alexander City Fire Department will be in front of Walmart during the month of May collecting money in partnership with the Muscular Dystrophy Association. 

The Alexander City Fire Department is participating this month in the annual Fill the Boot fundraising campaign for research into muscular dystrophy, Lou Gehrig’s Disease and related life-threatening diseases.

Members of the ACFD will be seen at Walmart this month collecting donations. The top fundraising fire department in the state will receive the Golden Axe award.
