Ammons announced as new CACC dean of students

Tuesday, Central Alabama Community College announced the selection of Dr. Kevin Ammons as the new Dean of Students. Ammons brings over two decades of diverse experience in higher education administration with expertise in instruction, adult education, admissions and student services.

Ammons has a rich academic background, having earned an associate degree in general studies from Enterprise State Junior College, a bachelor of arts degree in history from the University of Alabama, a master’s in history from Troy State, and a doctor of education degree in higher education administration from UA.
