Timothy Caldwell, 19, of Jacksons Gap bonded out of the Coosa County Jail on Monday after he was arrested last Saturday night following a two-fatality accident.

Court documents state Caldwell ran on foot after the incident and admitted to drinking beer before the incident. Caldwell is charged with two counts of leaving the scene of an accident with injury, a Class C Felony.
