Nineteen residents qualified to run for office in the Tallapoosa County 2010 primary before Friday’s qualification deadline.

Tallapoosa County Probate Judge Gloria Sinclair said the offices up for election this year are all five district seats of the county commission, district members three and four of the board of education, sheriff and coroner.
