Last week’s luncheon meeting of the Kiwanis club in the Fellowship Room of the First United Methodist Church of Dadeville lived up to the group’s motto of “changing the world one child and one community at a time.”

The keynote speaker of the meeting was Roy Bradford, a Social Security administrator for the state. He was there to educate the community and answer questions about the federal service. He said it was a “shortfall” that he had never worked with the Kiwanis group.
