If this is any indication for what’s to come for wide receiver Dejay Jackson, it looks like 2026 is going to be fun. The Class of 2028 pass catcher participated in a Samford skills camp, running routes and competing 1-on-1 against opposing defensive backs in front of the Bulldogs’ coaching staff. By the end of the camp, Jackson walked out with his first Division-I offer from Samford. Jackson now has a total of two scholarship offers to play football at the college level; one from Samford and one from Tuskegee. In his sophomore season, Jackson hauled in 14 catches for 234 receiving yards and three touchdowns — all for third best on the team.Â
