BRHS stays ‘on par’ against Helena, Comer

As the golf season comes to a close this month, Benjamin Russell is playing out its final matches. This week, the Wildcat boys golf team fell to Helena and defeated B.B. Comer to remain on what coach Wesley Tate aptly calls “on par” with four meets to go before sectionals.

“We didn’t play too well at Helena, I think (the players) let the weather get to them,” Tate said. “We played a little bit better (Thursday) in the same kind of situation. It was just fair. We just stayed on par.”
